Return, Exchanges & Refunds

We only accept returns if you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective or damaged. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with any free accessory, bonus or gift that were included with the purchase. Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Moxi Gear has the right to refuse returns on products that are returned in a used condition. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery for luggage and tote bags, and within 5 days of delivery for all other products.
