Suitcase Limited Warranty
Our suitcases are backed by our manufacturer’s three-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you find a defect, this warranty will assist you.
If you are the original owner (purchaser or gift recipient), your suitcase is covered against workmanship defects for three (3) years from the original purchase date. We will ask you to provide a dated proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, stains).
- Damage caused by carriers during transit, such as airlines. In this case, you must claim with the concerned transit carrier.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, carelessness or accidents.
- Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
If you are within 30 days of purchase, please visit the Returns page. If you have had your product longer than 30 days, and believe that your luggage has a defect, please contact us at support@moxigear.com. We will work with you to evaluate your luggage and determine if a defect exists.
If a defect becomes apparent during the warranty period, the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with one of equal value and of the same or similar style.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the luggage. We recommend that you use a shipping service that offers tracking or purchase shipping insurance. Moxi Gear is not responsible for a returned product that is lost during shipping.
